How does it purify the air?

The LR 500 cleans the air by drawing in surrounding air filled with particles. The polluted air passes through a three-layered filter, consisting of:

• A pre-filter: Captures larger particles such as visible dust, hair, and pet dander.
• An activated carbon filter: Cleans the air of harmful gases, including formaldehyde, ammonia, CO, and benzene. The activated carbon filter also eliminates unpleasant odors like tobacco smoke and cooking smells.
• A HEPA H13 filter: Purifies the air of microscopic particles that are invisible to the naked eye, including pollen, bacteria, viruses, fine dust, and mites.

Once the polluted air has passed through the filter, the LR 500 releases the purified air back into the room. The HEPA H13 filter provides an exceptional filtration performance of 99.95%!

Connect and control the LR 500 on the go

The air purifier features Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity and can be used with the free Beurer FreshHome app. Inside the app, the LR 500 connects to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and then links to your home WiFi. By connecting to WiFi, you can now control the LR 500 even when you're not home. This means you can monitor air quality and activate the purifier before you return from work.
